Stay in our rustic cabin where you are close to all the best Colorado has to offer. From Hot Springs in Pagosa to the west, to exploring Great Sand Dunes National Park to the east. Check out the Royal Gorge to the north as well as quirky shops and mine tours in Creede. Rafting, Rail-biking, hiking, and ATV trails can all be found in South Fork. You will not even have to leave the property to go fishing in Gold Medal waters. In summer, check out the wildflowers at Big Meadows Reservoir. In the fall, take an OHV trail to go leaf peeping.
In the rustic cabin, you can experience all the joys of the great outdoors with a little extra comfort thrown in. Make memories with friends and family around your campfire, then head inside to enjoy sleeping in a cozy cabin in a real bed with a luxury mattress. Our rustic cabin has electricity and a ceiling fan. For your convenience, you’ll also have a mini fridge, microwave and smart TV. Rest and rejuvenate in a full size bed and set of bunk beds to sleep 4 comfortably. Out on the porch you will find a double rocker, perfect for an early morning cup of coffee. Nearby is a charcoal grill and fire pit for your exclusive use. Even if you’ve never done it before, this glamping experience is easy to pull off. Our cozy cabin comes with comfortable furnishings and the absolute best camping splurge of all: electricity, which is sure to provide the comforts you crave amid the great outdoors. The rustic cabin has easy access to our clean, heated restrooms and showers. Please bring bed linens for this cabin.
Note: This cabin does not have a private bathroom; however, clean restrooms and hot showers are only a few steps away.
Policies & Procedures
Reservations:
- The duration of a reservation may not be shortened once confirmed
- We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations; therefore, we do not issue refunds and this policy is enforced regardless of circumstance.
- Advance reservations require a 2-night minimum.
- July 4th and Labor Day holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum.
- Walk-up reservations for single nights are available.
- Additional guests (age 5+) carry an extra $6/night charge (maximum occupancies per site and per rental do apply, and, all ages count toward maximum occupancies).
- Additional vehicles are $5/night.
- tents are not allowed at rental units
Check In/Check Out:
- Cabin & Wagon: Check-In 3:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM
- Late check-out will result in a charge for an additional night’s stay.

Animal Policies:
Pets are not allowed in Covered Wagons or the Tiny cabin.
General Guidelines
We strive to keep our park clean and family-friendly. We ask that you follow our guidelines to maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM – no music and hushed voices outside; strictly enforced.
- Keep music volume down to respect other guests around you.
- Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the park
- Public intoxication, profanity, and violence will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal.
- One adult, 21+, must be present at your site or rental for the duration of your stay.
- Vehicles must be registered with the office and display a valid pass.
- Campfires must be contained within the fire pit or grill.
- Fireworks, water balloons, cascarones and piñata’s are not allowed.
- No smoking and no pets in rentals.
Please leave your site clean (or cleaner) as when you arrived.
